Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment of the deposit.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified in your invoice.
Final Payment: Full payment must be made prior to the event, as outlined in your agreement.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event may incur additional charges.
Event Changes
Modification Requests: Any changes to the event details (venue, date, or services) must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Force Majeure: A.S.D Enterprise is not liable for delays or failure in performing any obligation under this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
Client Responsibilities
Event Venue: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is ready for the setup and decoration at the agreed time.
Permits & Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions for the event (sound, alcohol, etc.).
Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused by event guests to the property or rented items.
Liability
A.S.D Enterprise will not be liable for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the event.
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services unless caused by negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials used on this website are the intellectual property of A.S.D Enterprise unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.
Privacy
